| Found log: |  05-04-2018 (GLW02RA4)After a great walk to the lost valley of Glencoe we went to visit Loch Etive. We saw beautiful nature, great rivers, streams and waterfalls and even spotted some deer. It was gray and rainy, but we finally ended up at Loch Etive. The visibility was poor and it was wet all over the place but still we decided to give it a go. So we started our walk and at first we walked past the cache. The moment we realized this we looked up the hill and the cache location became clear immediately. We had a great time walking up the hill, it was a true climb. Once at the cache location we were really happy that we found it. But the biggest moment came when we turned around. The clouds opened, the fog went away and even the sun popped out for a moment. It was a great view all the way through the valley, we were both astonished. We had a great moment here and were happy we went for it, despite of the conditions. Once back at the side of the lake we both said, this was the best cache we found in Scotland until now! Great! TFTC |
